一、基本信息

李瑞（1987.08-），男，安徽肥西人，博士，讲师，2012年毕业于安徽理工大学弹药工程与爆炸技术专业，获学士学位。2015年毕业于南京理工大学军事化学与烟火技术专业，获硕士学位。2020年毕业于南京理工大学兵器科学与技术专业，获博士学位。
